Refund Policy – FurFree Pets
At FurFree Pets, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. No Refund After Successful Delivery
Once an order is marked as delivered, it is considered successfully fulfilled. We do not offer refunds for delivered products under any circumstances.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a replacement, not a refund. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
2. Refund Eligibility (Only if Product is Not Delivered)
You will only be eligible for a refund in the following case:

Your order was not delivered at all, and
-
The order is officially confirmed as lost in transit by our shipping partner, and
-
The delivery timeframe has exceeded 15–30 business days from the shipping date.
Once confirmed, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. No Refund in These Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided if:

The product has been delivered successfully

You entered an incorrect shipping address

You refused to accept the delivery

Delivery failed due to customer unavailability

Minor variations in color, design, or packaging

Personal dislike or change of mind after delivery
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled.
5. Replacement Policy (If Applicable)
We offer free replacement only if the product is:

Damaged during transit, or
-
Defective, or
-
Incorrect item received
Proof must be sent within 24 hours of delivery to our support email.
